Can I change my package at any time?

Yes you may change your package at any time to suit your needs and preferences. 

If I change or cancel my package in the midst of its course, will I be refunded for any unused shifts?

Yes. You will only be charged for hours worked. Any unused shifts from packages bought will be refunded.

Can you accommodate my changing needs?

Yes. We will aim to provide the care and support you need every step of the way.
